If you ordered more than one item, or your order contains multiple components, your order may be sent in split shipments. This means that you will receive your order in multiple packages and perhaps at separate times. We do this to ensure you receive all your items in a timely manner.
If you only received part of your order in the mail, please do not worry. First, check in with your order’s mail carrier for shipment information using your item’s tracking number. If you find that there are items in your order that have not yet shipped then be assured we will ship the rest of your items as quickly as possible. Lastly, if you have questions about when your order will arrive, please refer to your tracking number.
