We strongly recommend inspecting your firearm completely before accepting the transfer of it from your FFL. If you find any defects or damages, we will send a return label to the FFL and have it returned, where we may then send a replacement or issue a full refund. If there are no defects or damages, and it is just a case where you are unhappy with the product, we will still provide a refund, but you will be responsible for shipping charges back to us and a 15% restocking fee would be deducted from the refund.
Once you accept the transfer, you have agreed to take ownership and responsibility if any defects or damages are found. Once the firearm has been transferred, any repair or replacement will need to be worked out with the manufacturer directly through the company's warranty.
I hope that answers your question! Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist with.
