Our goal here at Grabagun.com is to get your order shipped as quickly as possible. We know most customers wanted it yesterday. We get it! We're like that too! However, there are many moving parts to the way we do business and many factors play into exactly when your order will ship. As a general rule, most orders ship within 3 business days; however, during times of high order volume, purchases can take up to 5-7 business days to ship.
Our web-based business model allows us to offer you great prices which can save you a significant amount of money. On the other hand, it doesn't give us the possibility of getting an item to you right away as would happen if you took your time and spent money on gas to drive to, and walk into, a brick-and-mortar store for your purchase...hoping they had everything you need. Part of the reason traditional brick-and-mortar stores have to charge more, as a general rule, is because they are letting you help pay for that fancy building you walked into. We operate out of bare-bones warehouse environments and don't have those operating expenses. It is our opinion you aren't necessarily interested in paying for fancy offices and storefronts for us to work in. We think you would rather save money on the same quality products. We pass the savings from these lower operating costs on to you. In other words, you don't have to pay for our fancy buildings and offices because we don't have any for you to pay for. We don't need them. We are here to serve you and your firearm, accessory, and ammo needs, not sit around in nice comfortable offices or work in decorated storefronts. But, we know the downside to our way of doing business is that it takes a little longer to get the products to you. We assure you, that we are fully aware you want your purchase on its way as quickly as possible and we are doing our best to make that happen, day in and day-out.
Once your order has shipped, we will send an email with a link to the tracking information. If you ordered multiple items, there is a good chance you will receive more than one tracking email. Your order could be shipping from multiple storage facilities; hence the multiple emails with tracking information. This helps ensure that each item you purchased is on its way to you as quickly as possible. We do this for your benefit and do not charge any additional shipping fees for these split shipments.
If you have any questions about when your order will arrive after it has shipped, and the carrier's website doesn't make it clear, typically it is best to contact that carrier first. They will have the information we don't have access to. Please keep in mind that things outside of our control, and outside the control of the shipping agent (like accidents or severe weather for instance) may impact shipping and delivery times. If you are unable to get through to the carrier in question, or they cannot provide you with the information you need, please feel free to contact our customer service department.
